Anna's research interests include migration studies, citizenship as status, procedural justice, technology, bureaucracy and identity. She has worked on a number of ERC and ESCR funded projects and has a strong background in Socio-Legal Studies, Diaspora, Migration and European Studies. Anna has taught in the fields of Anthropology, Sociology, Migration and Globalisation Studies. She received PhD in Sociology from the Australian National University and a Masters' Degree in South Eastern European Studies from the University of Athens.
